Hi – I usually suffer with tiny heat bumps – I use sun block every morning but in extreme heat this does not help – these heat bumps appear on edges of my palms – from the point of the thumbs to my wrists and very lightly up my arms. Sometimes on the top part of my feet and the front area of my neck – Do you have anything that can prevent or cure this. The ast time I had this was in October 2010 and I am getting it again due to the extreme heat.
