Product Availability

Just Pure products are available for purchase online, however products are subject to availability. As necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each client may make online purchases of up to four (4) items per product, unless otherwise stated. Pricing and Payment Options

We aim to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

Outside the borders of South Africa
All Goods to the international destinations are sent as follows: Delivery usually takes place within 2 or 3 weeks after dispatch, however, seasonal peaks and delays at customs is outside the control of Just Pure and deliveries may take up to 12 weeks. Just Pure makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you, the Purchaser.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info@justpure.co.za We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. FAQ’s

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICIES?
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns, however faulty items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items returned past the timeframe outlined above may be returned in exchange for a Just Pure gift voucher only. The amount of the gift voucher will be the current selling price of the items returned. Upon receipt of returned goods, Just Pure reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the courier details for your package.

Just Pure is happy to handle faulty items (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect. If you believe that there is a defect in materials, ingredients and/or workmanship, for fastest results please contact Just Pure Customer Service by phone at your order, please contact Just Pure Customer Service directly by phone at +27 (0)28 313 0060 or by email at info@justpure.co.za for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection. We will replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Typical turn-around time is one- two weeks.
